" My Reflection (3rd Grading Period)"

3rd Grading is over,so, I will step again another Grading Period which is the 4th Grading Period. It is important that we know the different ways you can do on a computer. It can help us to facilitate our works so we have to study seriously.

The last Grading Period I had learned a lot especially about making a movie or the movie maker. At first only little things I know about the movie maker but by the help of our good and patience practice teachers my mind enlightened about that movie maker. We learned all the parts and its definitions. After they taught us about movie maker we make our own movie and thank god we finished it well.

I am so grateful that they  taught us well concerning movie maker. I am so much happy that I learned it, and I hope I would also teach this to those who are not yet familiar about movie maker.

"New Year, New Me"

New Year, is my favorite Holiday, is one of the most celebrated days in the world. New year is the time which a new calendar begins and the calendar year's count is incremented. We start again a new journey of our life but it does not mean that we gonna  make our life new, we will finish what we had started  just like they said that life must go on whatever will happen.

Last year I had a lot of experienced and wonderful moments happened in my life. One is, together with my friends bonding together, that moment were so happy because of the funny stories, and sharing some funny experienced. For me, one of  the most unforgettable moments happened in my life is our last Christmas Party in high school life, it was so fun getting together with all my classmates, some apologized  what they have done that cause problem or unhappiness. After that celebrated our Christmas Party successful. Even this is our last Christmas Party, we still cannot forget each other, they are still my classmate yesterday, today, and tomorrow no matter will happen.

This new year I will continue what I have started, even our generation now that our life is hard I will force my self to face all the trials will come to my life no matter it is hard. I believe that Jesus is always at my side to help me..

"Equal Rights"

This party networked with other peace movements and their activists, eventually evolving into Women's International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF). This organization still exists today, it works to achieve through peaceful means disarmament, full rights for women, racial and economic justice, an end to all forms of violence, and to establish those political, social, and psychological conditions which can assure peace, freedom, and justice for all. Essentially, this means the organization fights for an end to war and  violence, equal rights for women and all other minorities, and social justice.

Equal Partnership for America, the President has often indicated that he would support a constitutional amendment against gay marriages. The supreme court has not yet seen dealing with marriage rights for homosexuals and therefore the constitutionality of laws banning gay marriage have not yet come into question. Homosexuals would argue that they are seeking marriage under the eyes of the law. Some people feel very strongly about this issue and see support for gay marriage as a governmental intrusion on a religious practice.

Fourteenth Amendment acknowledges that all citizens born or native to the United States are citizens of  United States and of the State they live. No state shall make or enforce any law that abridges privileges of the citizens, nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without dew process  of law or deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. The Fourteenth Amendment is to protect Homer's personal liberty and American citizenship, however, the State was concerned about keeping social order and peace.

" The True Meaning of Christmas "

It's that time of year again. December has come and with all the joys of Christmas. But what is the real meaning of Christmas? Is it the gifts under the tree, the lights in the windows the cards in the mail, turkey dinners with family and friends, snow in the yards, stocking hanging in the living room, and shouts "Merry Christmas" to those who pass us in the streets? Is this really Christmas?

For many people, Christmas is a time of sorrow. They don't have the extra money to buy presents for their children, family and friends. Many are saddened at Christmastime when they think of their loved ones who will not be able to come home for various reasons. Turkey dinners may be only a wish and not a reality  for some.

Yet, Christ can be a season of great joy. It is a time God showing His great love for us. It can be a time of healing a renewed strength. You see, Christmas is when we celebrate of the Christ child. God  sent His son, Jesus, into the world to be born, His birth brought great joy to the world. Shepherds, wise men, and angels shared in the excitement of knowing about of this great event. They knew this was no ordinary baby. The prophets had told of His coming hundreds of years before. The star stopped over Bethlehem just to mark the away for those who were looking for this special child..

We  be happy at Christmas! No matter what may be happening, we can know that we are His children. We then become sons and daughters of God. Heaven will be our home one day. Looking at Christmas in a new way this year. This the time we invite into our heart. You will then a "Merry Christmas". The joy and peace you will receive will last all years as you look to God for all your needs to be met.

''Climate Change ''

The inevitability of changes occurring to the climate at both global and local scales is now a well-established reality. Confidence is currently higher than in previous assessments with regard to projected patterns of warming and other features of a regional scale, including changes in wind patterns, precipitation and some aspects of extremes and sea ice. For poor countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America, climate change adds another layer of complexity to already existing development challenges, such as high levels of poverty and inequality, rapid population growth, underdeveloped financial markets and weak governance systems.

This paper reviews how aspects of disaster risk reduction, social protection and livelihoods approaches may act in contributing to the various features of adaptive capacity. It provides part of the theoretical basis for a project led by Oxfam and supported by the Overseas Development Institute (ODI): the Africa Climate Change Resilience Alliance (ACCRA), which also includes Save the Children UK, World Vision International and CARE.  The paper does not seek to expand on the conceptual underpinnings of adaptive capacity; rather, it aims to find out what aspects of disaster risk reduction, social protection and livelihoods approaches can contribute to adaptive capacity, as well as to understand how such approaches can better respond to climate change and facilitate adaptation. Given its wide array of impacts on and interactions with wider development, climate change will inevitably have considerable implications for humanitarian and development interventions. Accordingly, there is a need to consider how humanitarian and development approaches can, in many instances, help enhance communities’ capacity to adapt to a changing climate or, at the very least, prevent actions that undermine adaptive capacity.

At Chevron, we recognize and share the concerns of governments and the public about climate change. The use of fossil fuels to meet the world's energy needs is a contributor to an increase in greenhouse gases (GHGs)—mainly carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane—in the Earth's atmosphere. There is a widespread view that this increase is leading to climate change, with adverse effects on the environment.

''Scientricity Energizing Science Clubbers for Sustainable Energy''

In our time now Sustainable Energy will now going on by making a contest like G. & Bb. Kalikasan and other competition regarding how to Sustain Energy. This program it help us in our daily life.

We need to sustain energy meaning we need to maintain energy what we have. In our generation many technologists discovered the things which  needed electricity like cellphones, appliances, gadgets and even transportation. Combining our power we can sustain energy, we need to help each other to    sustain energy.

As a science clubber I can do even though in a simple way  in keeping energy alive by simply study how to sustain energy or in other word we need education. We must all educated to make this problem success.
